Compassion, Trust, Kindness, Tenderness, Gentleness, Patience, Care, Enthusiasm, Supporting, Companionship, Friendship, Sheltering, Protecting, Understanding, Healing, Virtue.
But Is that what we hear, when we say ”LOVE’. Do we mean it? Its more than just a four letter acronym.
When the medes cobble together a sickly farce, with their puppets de jour, do they mean any of the above?
When the hero carves his bloody way through the exsanguinating corpses of disposable ‘bad guys’, is that what is meant by ‘LOVE’ when he rescues the damsel?
When men and women have their guts torn out by supersonic fragments of metal, and they wrap a chinese made, polyester flag over their coffin, is that whats meant by ‘LOVE’ for ones country?
Because any way you cut it, the media, books and film, attach some very detrimental shit to the word ‘LOVE’.
Our entertainment attaches a very high price to ‘LOVE’, to ‘LOVE’ is to be prepared to die, to murder, to lie, to cheat and steal – for ‘Love’.
We are told, ‘LOVE’ conquers all, yet conquer is a strange word to attach to ‘LOVE’.
Conquest, Kindness, Compassion and friendship can’t mix, its like saying you will beat someone so bad they grow to ‘LOVE’ you.
To paraphrase Shakespeare or possibly Francis Bacon or who the fuck ever wrote those works, ‘The course of true love never did run smooth’.
What is ‘True Love?’
Is it…
Compassion, Trust, Kindness, Tenderness, Gentleness, Patience, Care, Enthusiasm, Supporting, Companionship, Friendship, Sheltering, Protecting, Understanding, Healing, Virtue.
So is Shakespeare saying that all the above is a rocky road, fraught with conflict?
His works were social engineering, propaganda and political commentary, he promoted Romantic Love via his sonnets. He also promoted murderous nationalism under the guise of ‘Love’ of England, and he had a knack of gluing the two together when it suited.
Somewhere in history, Sex was pinned to ‘Love’, so…
Compassion, Trust, Kindness, Tenderness, Gentleness, Patience, Care, Enthusiasm, Supporting, Companionship, Friendship, Sheltering, Protecting, Understanding, Healing, Virtue.
…are much more fun when one is having Sex.
Our demented non-human social engineers have sickly equated ‘Love’ = ‘Sex’,
They’ve also smuggled in ‘Sex’ = ‘Death’. Ergo they instruct us that ‘Love’ = ‘Death’.
They’re also promoted a policy that says, after a major battle, when you have Conquered your foes, by hacking Men, Woman and Children into bloody chunks. After you’ve stolen their land and homes, and while still covered in their blood, nothing says you love your country quite like raping victims in the gore stained streets.
That’s patriotism right there. According to the State (aka blood sucking, death worshipping vampires).
War is an Orgy.
And Love is murdering a rape victim.
I shun the engineers false ‘Love’, I do advocate that…

…are their own definitive meanings, they stand as well alone, as together, and few singular words come close to combining their meanings into one.
Certainly, ‘Love’ fails to capture any of their exquisite value.
So if ‘Love’ is not ‘Love’ after all, how shall we say that we intend and wish and will…

Thanks for this piece, Fitzy. “Love” is a word people use to refer to how they feel about their children, their mate, their favorite movie, a chicken sandwich, pornography, and so much else. What a stupid word that has come to mean so very little, but used so much.
Thanks Kyle, yep, its down to the wire now. Poor old Mankind can hardly get a breath in between saying I love you (country, government, oath to serve) and grinding some poor brown people into mush for ‘The Love of Progress.’

Well that’s me bested. The motivating force that compels compassion, is such a subtle and sublime energy, its a fools errand to use English to describe it. Indeed, that language seems engineered to mask Humanities ‘Humane’ side from us, so much for Shakespeare ~ he wrote love sonnets don’t-cha-know (all the while shaking his spear.)

Thank you, Fitzy. I enjoyed this little piece on the topic of love, and while reading, it reminded me of a couple things; ::STOP! In the name of Love!:: – The Supremes. A widely popular phrase, indicates you to “Stop! in the name of (Love) a hero slaughtering his way through his foes, or Stop! in the name of (love) one’s willingness to die is some of the most horrific ways for their country, or even, Stop! in the name of (Love) pornographic, animalistic, or even abusive sexual intercourse..” The Phrase certainly doesn’t mean to Stop! in the “Name” of
Compassion, Trust, Kindness, Tenderness, Gentleness, Patience, Care, Enthusiasm, Supporting, Companionship, Friendship, Sheltering, Protecting, Understanding, Healing, Virtue.
Because if it did, they wouldn’t have used the term “Name”, they would have simply worked all those Adjectives and words that still have some meaning, into their song.. my point being, the “name” of “Love” means nothing of what it should.. and i agree, that if you mean;
Compassion, Trust, Kindness, Tenderness, Gentleness, Patience, Care, Enthusiasm, Supporting, Companionship, Friendship, Sheltering, Protecting, Understanding, Healing, Virtue.
when you say Love, then you can take the time to say the words you really mean to say, with real feelings, instead of simply lumping everything together in a messy pile of Shite of a word, like “Love”.
